Pickle turns ten
Our window cat came in out of a thunderstorm in 2016 and has been in charge of shelf security ever since.
Pickle has been at Marginalia for ten years. She arrived during a thunderstorm in September 2016, ate a can of tuna and went to sleep on the new arrivals table, and nobody has been able to move her since.
She’s lived in the window, offered her opinions on the poetry shelf and been photographed by approximately every visitor. We celebrated with a small party and a very large can of salmon.
