Walt answered a help-wanted sign in 2003 and never left. He runs the used-book room, makes the offers when you bring books in and handles special orders, which means he has spent twenty years learning how to track down a copy of a book that a customer remembers only by its green cover.
He’s in on Tuesdays and Saturdays for used-book buying, and he reads mostly history and mysteries.
